I think that since I was young I have favored the tangible and visceral relationship with the body and dance because it allows me to connect with the irrational and mysterious part of my deepest self.
Dance is for me an escape from the banality of reality.

I am an Italian contemporary dancer/performer and choreographer who has been living in Belgium for several years.

I trained in ballet and contemporary dance in Italy (Modem/Cie Zappalà danza) and Switzerland (Ballet Junior de Genève).

Once I arrived in Belgium, I began collaborating as a dancer and performer with local and international artists on dance and circus projects:

Keren Rosenberg, Roy Assaf, Lies Serdons, the Poetic Punkers collective, Cie Marie Martinez, Lisbeth Gruwez, Dorian Chavez, Krama Dance Company and, most recently, the circus company Cie des Chaussons Rouges (creation 2024).

I consider myself a curious observer of society and its dynamics.

I am fascinated by human beings, with all their contradictions, flaws and fragilities. Their behaviour, struggles and ways of adapting inspire me deeply.

I draw my creative energy from what I experience, what I feel and what I observe, both in society and in the human condition.

I began to develop my choreographic practice through three initial creations: Mucyclo, Waiting for the fishes and En attendant que les poissons passent....

These pieces were my first playground, a space for experimentation and learning, where I explored a strong physicality and a performative register rooted in interaction with the audience, humour and surprise.

In 2024, Habemus Naufragium marked a turning point: a duet performed with French dancer Anna-Maria Besnier Bayon, and my first work produced with the structural support of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation — an important milestone that confirmed my position as an emerging choreographer.

I am currently developing a new collective creation, scheduled for 2027.

Alongside my choreographic work, I have developed my own teaching practice based on improvisation, DIVE, which is inspired by the principles of Gaga body language (which I studied in Tel Aviv with Ohad Naharin and the dancers of the Batsheva).
I teach DIVE classes and workshops in Belgium and abroad (Charleroi Danse, UP circus & performing arts centre, Grand Studio/Nyash dance company, Hybrid Studio/cie bud Blumenthal, Istanbul Fringe festival in Turkey, Dance Days Chania Festival and Kinitira artistic network in Greece).
